As a New Jersey Clinical Supervisor, I offer guidance and support for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) working toward licensure. Through individual supervision, we will focus on developing your clinical skills, exploring ethical practice, and preparing you for the licensure process. My role is to help you grow into a confident and competent social worker while ensuring you meet the necessary standards for licensure.
